To find items you are looking for, as well as viewing items only in the sizes you need, the search and filter will be your best friends.

You will notice in the upper left-hand corner a small magnify glass. This is your search. You can use this to search for keywords as it will pick up the word if it is in the listings title or description. You can also use this keyword search when you are looking for brands that are not listed on the brand list yet.

Slow Revolution offers FREE shipping on orders over $50 AUD.

We charge a flat rate of $7.95 Australia-wide per delivery order. We generally process your order within two business days, and aim to have your order picked up by the courier the following day.

On rare occasions that we are unable to use our preferred suppliers, we will opt for the next best alternative to these services.

We fully understand that the speed of delivery is important to you, so we will try our best to process our order as soon as we receive them. In most cases, tracking of your delivery will be available. We will include this in our order confirmation email to you.

Delivery and shipping time frames provided by us are estimates only. We will notify you on the day your order leaves our premises. We are not liable for delays incurred by the delivery provider.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. When inaccurate or incomplete delivery information is provider, re-delivery costs are at your expense.

Slow Revolution aims to process orders as quickly as possible, which means we may not be able to update shipping addresses before packages are processed. Once a package is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. In these cases, we recommend establishing a mail forwarding address.

If you need to update your shipping address and your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us with your order number and new address as soon as possible!

We can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been processed. If you have submitted an order in error or changed your mind after your order has been shipped, we do not accept returns, so please choose your items wisely.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, or believe that an item is significantly different to the image or description on our website then please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for return/refund of that item. We will always work with you to resolve any issues and we endeavour to provide you with the best level of customer service at all times. Simply contact us and we can discuss how we move forward with any questions or concerns. Slow Revolution will cover the return shipping expense.

Majority of our listed items are preloved which means they may come in varying conditions. We have carefully inspected each item before listing it to ensure we are accurately describing the item's condition.

Many of our items are sourced as secondhand items and because of this, those items are often only available for sale as a once-off purchase. On the rare occasion when an item displayed on our website is not available, we will contact you by email or phone and provide you with the opportunity to select an alternative product, or to cancel the item from your order.
